“If you want to make the world a better place, start by making people feel safe.”
— Dr. Stephen Porges
Hi, I’m Amy
I know therapy can make a difference because it did for me and it does for the people I work with.
I am a straight, white, cisgender female (she/her), and a committed ally in the struggles for racial, social, and economic equality.
I recognize that our own mental health intersects with that of our families, communities, and the systems in which we are embedded.
My approach integrates attachment theory, somatic psychology, mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma-informed treatment.
I have studied and practiced yoga and meditation for more than 25 years. These modalities have been indispensable on my own journey. Let’s find what works for you.
